ACCOMMODATIONS
We have arranged special room blocks at two lovely hotels in Gorizia, the Best Western Gorizia Palace and the Hotel Grand Entourage.
To reserve one of these rooms, please call the hotel directly and mention "Anne Luisa and Michel" when making your booking. While the hotels may appear fully booked online, rooms have been set aside especially for our wedding guests under this name.
We kindly encourage you to book as soon as possible, as the reserved rooms will only be held until February.
TRANPORTAIN
GETTIN HERE
The closest airport to Gorizia is Trieste – Ronchi dei Legionari Airport (TRS), located about 30 minutes away.
Guests may also arrive through Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE). Two additional nearby international airports, Treviso Airport (TSF) in Italy and Ljubljana Airport (LJU) in Slovenia, also provide convenient access to Gorizia by car.
REACING THE VENUES
To make the day comfortable and seamless for everyone, bus transportation will be provided on Saturday between all main locations.

09:15 AM – Departure from the hotels for guests who wish to visit the crypt at the Franciscan Monastery.

09:45 AM – Departure from the hotels for all other guests attending the ceremony at the Monastery.

12:00 PM – Buses depart from the Monastery to Baronesse Tacco for the reception.

03:00 PM – Return buses from the reception to the hotels.

06:30 PM – Evening buses depart from the hotels to the Grand Celebration.

12:00 AM – 04:00 AM – Shuttle buses will run every 30 minutes between the celebration venue and the hotels.
Please note that Friday evening’s event is not included in the provided transportation — guests are kindly asked to arrange their own travel for that evening.
To Baronesse Tacco
Baronesse Tacco is located in San Floriano del Collio, approximately a 20-minute drive from Gorizia. The route follows the signs for San Floriano del Collio / Collio Hills.
Please note that parking at the venue is limited, with spaces available only along the street outside. We kindly encourage guests to share rides whenever possible to make parking easier for everyone.
To the Franciscan Monastery in Nova Gorica
The Franciscan Monastery (Kostanjevica) is situated just across the border in Nova Gorica, Slovenia, about a 10-minute drive from central Gorizia. Follow signs toward Nova Gorica – Kostanjevica to reach the entrance. Parking is available beside the monastery grounds.
